Cancellations

Cancellations will be honored 30 days or more before your stay. A $50 service fee will be deducted from your deposit amount.
If for some reason you should need to cancel 30 days or less before your arrival, your deposit will not be returned. If you wish, we will gladly hold your deposit toward a future visit within the next calendar year. Please call or email us with any questions or concerns. In the case that a guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total reservation price.

The majority of our vacation rentals are pet-friendly. If you are looking to bring your furry family member on vacation with you, just call us to inquire about which rentals we can provide for you! It is just a $25 pet fee for the entire stay. Please be courteous to others and pick up after your pet.

Check-In

Check-In time is after 3:00 p.m. Late check-ins are available for many of our properties. We use lock boxes and key padlocks that require codes in order to allow for self-check-ins.

Check-Out

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Late check-outs not available unless confirmed with management.

Free Wifi provided in all of our rentals. You may be given password upon arrival, otherwise, it will be listed in the rental.

Our minimum length of stay varies by property. Most of our rentals only require one night. However, some properties require at least a two-night stay reservation. Holiday and during our high season, length of stays are subject to change.

Payments

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Call us regarding other forms of payment.

All our rentals are NON-Smoking. Some properties may have designated spaces outside for smoking. Smoking inside our rentals will be charged a fine of $100.

If there is any excess cleaning that goes above and beyond the normal use of the unit, there will be a $50 cleaning fee charged.

All persons must be 30 YEARS OR OLDER to rent.
